Visa Information

Should you require an invitation letter from our hosts for a visa application, please contact the LuxSE Secretariat General at [email protected] - Tel.+325-477936 and include the following information in your request:

• Salutation (examples – Mr., Ms., Dr.)
• First/Given Name
• Last/Family Name
• Passport #
• Date of Birth (please spell out month)
• Country of Nationality
• Mailing Address
• Dates of arrival and departure

All letters will be sent as a PDF file via email. Hard copy of the invitation will not be sent.

The Luxembourg Stock Exchange reserves the right to decline requests for invitation letters from individuals who are not WFE Members, Affiliates, LTPs, or other approved participants.
